BASIC WIRE WRAP TECHNIQUE:

YOU can learn to create beautiful and unique jewelry with this basic wire-wrap technique.

In ONE class I will teach you the technique of forming perfect loops and wraps to create consistently uniform professional quality links that form the new BRACELET of your own creation.

FIGURE-EIGHT WIRE WRAP: This technique is a variation of the basic wire-wrap method. Class consists of making a necklace and matching bracelet, including clasps. STONE WRAP: Wire-wrapped gemstones, beads and dichroic glass become one-of-a-kind pendants when added to a beaded necklace or chain.

In one class, you will learn to create the single-wire "free style" technique to craft a unique pendant that can be added to your favorite necklace or chain. click here to see a sample of free style technique

In a separate class, you will fashion a three-wire "cage" wrap to enclose a stone, creating a unique pendant as a focal piece for a necklace or chain. click here to see a sample of cage wrap

You'll leave either class with a beautiful wrapped gemstone. (Necklace/chain not included.)

BASIC STRINGING: $ 275.00 SUPPLIES INCLUDED ( 4 sessions) - you save $25.00 by taking the series. Individual classes are $75.00.

This course will teach you everything you need to know to string, knot, and finish your pieces with a professionally-attached clasp or continuous strand. You will learn to string using silk thread, nylon thread, and soft-flex wire and leave the class with three finished pieces.

In the second session you will learn to knot a strand of pearls and attach the clasp using the professional French-wire method of attaching your clasp: You can wear them home!
In the third session you will create a beautiful Victorian-style choker necklace with centered fringe.
In the fourth session you will learn to create a multi-strand necklace finished with sterling silver jewelry cones at the clasp.

You will amaze yourself at the knowledge you've gained with this intensive course!

INDIVIDUAL STRINGING CLASSES: $ 75.00

Individual classes or project instructions also offered for those wanting to learn any SPECIFIC technique - such as knotting - but have no need to learn all Basic Stringing techniques.

PEYOTE-STITCH: (Circular-Stitch) $ 200.00 SUPPLIES INCLUDED ( 4 sessions)

You will learn to create a beautiful amulet bag with this highly creative, adaptive off-loom weaving technique.

In the first session you will learn the basic stitch that will create the body of this work.
In the second session you will learn to attach the fringed bottom of the bag.
In the third session you will learn the method of adding trim to the bag.
In the fourth session you will learn to create and attach the strap - - and wear your piece home!

PEYOTE-STITCH: (Flat-Stitch) $ 200.00 SUPPLIES INCLUDED ( 4 sessions)

You will learn an alternative technique of this off-loom-weave stitch that affords you many choices of design and finishing methods.

In the first session you will learn to create the flat platform portion of this wonderful piece.
In the second session you will learn to create an attached beaded bezel to the platform.
In the third session you will learn to attach the fringed bottom to the platform.
In the fourth session you will learn to attach the trim and create the strap - - and wear your piece home!
